Manuscript Preparation

Ensure your manuscript meets all formatting and content requirements before submission.

Formatting Requirements

• 12pt Times New Roman font
• 1.5 line spacing throughout
• APA 7th edition citation style
• Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats accepted
• 1-inch margins on all sides
• Page numbers in bottom right corner

Manuscript Structure

• Title page with author information
• Abstract (250 words maximum)
• Keywords (4-6 relevant terms)
• Introduction with clear research questions
• Methods section with detailed methodology
• Results presented clearly with tables/figures
• Discussion interpreting findings
• Conclusion and implications
• References list in APA format

Ethical Requirements

• Original, unpublished work only
• Proper citations for all sources
• Disclosure of conflicts of interest
• Ethical approval statements where required
• Author contribution statements
• Data availability statements
• No plagiarism (checked by iThenticate)

Submission Process

Follow these steps to submit your manuscript through our online system.

Online Submission Steps

1. Create an account on our OJS platform
2. Log in and click "New Submission"
3. Complete all submission metadata fields
4. Upload manuscript files
5. Add all co-author information
6. Review and confirm submission
7. You will receive confirmation email

Required Files for Submission

• Main manuscript document (anonymous version)
• Cover letter addressed to the Editor-in-Chief
• Title page with author details (separate file)
• Figures and tables in editable format
• Supplementary materials if applicable
• Author agreement form (signed)
• Ethical approval documentation
• Data sharing statement

Review Timeline

Initial Screening: 1-2 weeks
• Check for completeness and scope
• Plagiarism check
• Basic formatting review

Peer Review: 4-8 weeks
• Double-blind review by 2-3 experts
• Constructive feedback provided
• Editor's evaluation

Final Decision: 1-2 weeks after review completion
• Acceptance, revision, or rejection
• Revision guidelines if needed

Average time to first decision: 8-12 weeks from submission

Post-Acceptance Process

Steps following manuscript acceptance for publication.

Final Revisions

• Address all reviewer comments comprehensively
• Submit revised manuscript within 14 days
• Include point-by-point response to reviewers
• Highlight changes in the revised document
• Ensure all formatting requirements are met
• Update references if needed
• Final approval by handling editor

Proofreading and Typesetting

• Authors receive typeset proofs within 2-3 weeks
• Proofs must be reviewed within 48 hours
• Only minor corrections allowed at this stage
• Check all text, figures, tables, and references
• Confirm author names and affiliations
• Verify funding information
• Return corrected proofs promptly

Publication and Distribution

• Online first publication within 1 week of proof approval
• Assignment of permanent DOI
• Inclusion in next available issue
• Open access under CC BY license
• Indexing in major databases
• Notification to authors upon publication
• Promotion through journal channels
• Authors may share published version immediately
